A Good Edit - What We Will Do

We will work to put your manuscript or work in the best possible
condition—a professional polish—by eliminating mistakes and errors
even the best writers make. Typos, spelling mistakes, incorrect
grammar and punctuation can diminish the overall readability of
your manuscript. See our checklist for an overview of the basics.
We will also work with sentence and paragraph structure, if
needed, and make recommendations for the overall readability of
your manuscript. We read everything line by line, word by word.

In addition, we will arrange your cover page and table of contents,
and check for consistent chapter numbering and arrange the
chapter headings.

In conclusion, we feel it is important to work closely with you
throughout the entire process. You will be in control. We care
about your work and will answer any questions, address any issues
and work with you on any problems. We are very cautious with
any changes. Your style of writing and the readabilty of your
manuscript is very important to you and to us.

When the work is completed
You will receive two copies of the completed version in PDF format.
One copy will indicate the corrections or changes made; the second
copy will be complete with the changes incorporated for your review.

Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to read the PDF file. If you do not
have this installed, it is available at Adobe's website. Click on the
icon to the right of this text for a free copy. The installation is easy.

If you would like to change anything or you are not happy with the
changes we made, make note of these on a separate document. If
we have missed anything, or you did not like the correction, we will
correct it free of charge. We want you to be satisfied with our work.

Note: Any added content not in the original submission will be
charged at the original per word rate.

When you have approved…
your manuscript and any additional fee for added content (if any) has
been paid, you will receive a full copy in word processing and PDF
format ready for presentation in standard industry format.
